Coaching with the Tarot
Self-reflection for mind and spirit
I found tarot at a time in my life when I was completely lost. I picked up a deck one weekend and began adding card draws to my journaling practice. I had no idea how much that simple step was about to transform my life. Tarot gave me the space to have richer, deeper conversations with myself. Through tarot, I realized I could choose different stories for myself. I didn’t have to keep telling myself I was stuck, that I had no path out of my confusion.
That simple practice of self-reflection is how I use tarot now with clients. We’ll sit down together, draw some cards, and see what stories you create. It doesn’t matter what your current relationship to tarot is–whether you’re an experienced practitioner or have never picked up a deck in your life–I’m here to walk with you as you explore the new perspectives and possibilities that tarot offers.

Not at all. Tarot in a coaching context is all about giving you space to connect more fully with your intuition (which, by the way, is exactly what good coaching does!). There’s no right or wrong way to read the cards - whatever stands out to you is relevant. So, it’s a great practice regardless of your experience with tarot. All you need is a spirit of openness and curiosity.

No - though you are very welcome to use your own deck if you have one. I have multiple tarot decks - you can select one you resonate with, and we can go from there. Even if you are not physically drawing the cards, you’ll still be a very active part of the process.
